Would not recommend.

The employees were nice. I liked the apartment setting. They need to have everything entered into a computer. Doing this will show that medications and things of that nature was done. Saying things were written down is not adequate enough. Things can be changed to look as if everything was done. Properly. I truly do not believe that my sister was giving her medication like she was supposed. If they could not take care of her, as they told us they could. They should not have taken her in. Observation of One Magnolia Place

Staff is caring and friendly. There does not seem to be enough drivers to take clients to doctor appointments. That is a real problem for me as we live out of state. The facility is lovely. The food is just OK. Everything else is above average. Never any neglect or ugly talk. They are very kind to my mother.

Great Place

My dad was not here very long. He was entering hospice and we were worried about what kind of care we could give him at home. He was immobile and needed constant care. The staff at One Magnolia Place did their job to perfection and followed all the rules. For the short time he was there though the staff were incredible and responded every time we needed help.

Very good, recommended

My sister is currently a resident at One Magnolia Place Assisted Living and everything has been very good for her here. It is not a fancy facility, but the staff is friendly and they interact often/easily with the residents. I am there 2-3 times a week and my sister's room is always clean, clothes are clean and put away. All hygiene needs are met. Staff is happy to deliver meals to the resident's room when residents don't want to go to dining room. I highly recommend One Magnolia Place Assisted Living to others.

Great Facility

My sister was a resident there for 4 years. The staff there took good care of us as well as good care of her. They loved her and truly cared for her. She had made many friends there. She loved to watch the peacocks roam the grounds of the facility.
