A good choice for Mom

They don't have time restrictions but they prefer you check in with them if you're staying late. If items go missing they are good to find and return. The director ([name removed]) is the nicest person on earth and so helpful to us with making the transition.

So glad OSL was available for Mom.

Mom was falling a lot and unable to get herself up. We feared for her safety. My brother, sister, and I knew we had to do something. After an on site visit where the director spent time with us talking about how their facility worked, we made the decision to intrust Mom with them. Our families experience

The environment and the people were great. I couldn't have found a better place for my husband. 5 for sure. It was one of the cleanest facilities I've seen. Yes I would say it's a clean, safe community with a friendly and caring staff. Also [name removed] who helped me get [name removed] admitted was wonderful to work with and she helped me out so much. I would definitely recommend Liberty Place to family members looking for a place for their loved ones with memory issues.

Taken to the cleaners

Before my mother was taken in, Optimized in Lebanon wanted $2,500 to hold a bed and the first two-months rent($6,000 per month) After paying Optimized $14,500 my mother was there for two-days in a vegetable state. My mother ate NO food, had NOTHING to drink because she was completely unconscious because of the morphine being given to her by hospice. Wonderful

I would highly recommend Optimized Senior Living for your senior needs. It is a family owned assisted living that caters to the needs of their residents. It's non-institutionalized and feels like a home. The food is cooked in the kitchens and the care-giver ratio is low. Amazing staff that truly cares for the well being of not only the residents but their families.

I didn't like the rooms at Optimized Senior Living. And ultimately I just got an off feeling that something wasn't right, but I couldn't put my finger on it. . .
