The staff is kind and caring. There are many activities but [name removed] chooses not to do many of them. The facility is clean always. I just wish they would give [name removed] a paint brush to paint a wall or a fence or maybe a hammer and nails to fix something.

Lots of room outside to walk and enjoy the outdoors. Activities planned and posted for residents and their loved ones to see and plan for. Overall a very pleasant environment.

The staff has been very helpful as far as getting him things for his room, a desk and additional lighting. He goes out on excursions, also to movies. He is very stubborn and they keep him calm even when he has little fits of temper. They helped me get him on Medicade the first if the year. We are now divorced and he has no money. Overall I think they are very helpful and supportive.

There's a beautiful outdoor courtyard. Overall, I was impressed and wouldn't hesitate to place my loved one there.

PositiveExcellent memory care
Orchard Point has very good nursing oversight with an on staff RN. The aids seem well trained and responsive to residents needs. A nurse practitioner comes once a week and is available if needed. Our family member has been monitored and changes made to her plan of care as needed. The staff is very good about calling us with any changes. The facility is memory care only as opposed to a facility that is assisted living with a memory care. This seems to make it more focused on the needs of this population.
