The staff at OITP is so thoughtful and caring. They are always accommodating for my parents needs or with anything we ask of them. The executive staff are always pitching in to serve meals if need be or even escort residents to meals if there is any confusion on the part of the resident. Our overall experience was a 4. However, my father-in-law's stay there was quite short. Our rating is mostly based on our staff interaction, as we were not exposed much to activities, dining, etc. They worked hard with us to receive him quickly, and the communication was always timely. When he left, they refunded us without any difficulty.
