Love this place

Just want to give a shout out to [name removed] and her wonderful staff. I think one of the hardest jobs is taking care of the aged. They have done an excellent job with my Mom. It’s not just a facility. It’s a big family. I live in Florida so when I come, I spend a lot of time with her. I am able to see how much care they have for each person. Thank you for all you do while we are on this journey with my mom.

Stay away from this facility, They food was very bad, my dad did not like it at all, The administrator would tell you what you wanted to hear but that was a year ago I would not recommend this community to others

My families experience during this time.

We feel at the moment there are not enough activities for the residents to do. They do have bingo, but there just isn't enough to stimulate the residents. The communication could be better, we do know they are busy but sometimes we are not notified when things have changed, or when we call and leave messages sometimes we do not get calls back. Right now they are doing window visits, and have recently started to let us take our loved one out to lunch once a week.

A great choice.

My mother has lived here for 2 years now. She has made friends and most importantly she is safe. I visit often and always bring my standard poodle Cole. Even he loves his time visiting. The staff as well as the residents fuss over him and he makes his rounds to everyone. This facility has made not only Mom but me feel like part of the family. It's really hard to make the decision that "it's time", but Our House was the best choice for us.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my Father-In-Law. It is a very nice community and it was arranged very well. There is a lot of open space in the back so he would be able to be outside however, it is in a higher traffic area. The marketing director who gave us the tour was knowledgeable and the price we got is fairly close to other places in the area. We did not pick this community because they had no space available at the time. I would recommend them to other families.

Wonderful staff and community

I was so very pleased with the care that my mother received the short time she was here. The community was very nice and the staff was awesome with my mother. I would definitely recommend this community and their staff for your loved love. It is well worth a tour here.
