CriticalOur family experience
We had an extremely big studio for both of us with a hospital bed, twin bed and lazy boy chair for a reasonable price ($[removed] for me as an independent added on) The dining room was well run with easy access to the garden . Medication delivery was well managed but like so many places response time after using the pendent was poor. Location is practical with Safeway and Fred Meyer near however the building is on a hill which makes walking outside difficult.

Our father was a resident at Overlake Terrace for three and a half years, which were perhaps the best of his last twenty. Overlake Terrace provided him with a safe, clean, and healthy environment where he felt truly at home. He consistently complimented the housekeeping services and, as a lifelong "foodie," he loved the kitchen staff and the quality of every meal.
