★★★★★
PositiveIncredible sense of community among the residents, yet the privacy of individual one, two or three bedroom, detached homes. Staff are friendly and approachable. Setting conveys a sense of a little village, and only a few minutes away from good quality medical care.

PositiveHeritage Hills has been a wonderful place for my parents. They were able to make their house their own, while being able to keep their dog. There are many activities available, the dining hall offers a good meal every day, & transportation for errands is available. Most importantly... the neighbors are friendly & kind. This has definitely been the best place for them. I'd recommend Heritage Hills to anyone.

PositiveThey take good care of her my aunt I feel like she is safe there she's clean feed her clothes are in her room and not lost wish I would have moved her sooner.

PositiveWe toured the independent living choices in this community and were so impressed we signed up for the waiting list 2 days later. You get an unattached house with garage for your monthly rent with significant amenities such as utilities, water, garbage service, all maintenance, and six meals a week. The grounds, both for the individual houses and for the common areas, were very neat and well-kept. The only thing we didn’t like was the greyish hard surface flooring they are putting in all units as they become availab…

PositiveAll of the living units are in one story, detached homes. There are no high-rise apartments. The feeling is that of a little village rather than a big facility. The activities are impressive, despite having less physical offerings that larger facilities might have, su- ch as Pickleball courts or big gyms or swimming pools or things of that nature. Both staff and residents are extremely friendly and welcoming. The whole place has a nice field to it.
★★★★★
PositiveLow staff to client ratios - they are friendly, engaging and available. She doesn't complain about the meals and they seem to be her favorite part of the day. Activities are a little less enriching but I also presume that's her nature of being a recluse so getting involved was never her nature anyway
