My mother-in-law moved in [time frame removed]. New owners took over in October. It's now [community removed], owned by Care Partners. For 9 months, all we heard were excuses that "it's new management so it will take time to smooth out." It never smoothed out. Her room wasn't cleaned weekly like the contract said it would be. I finally cleaned the toilet myself after 2 complaints. She wasn't showered regularly. We were there once a week, sometimes 2 or 3 times, and she would be in the same clothes. I did her laundr…

Number one; We can afford it. The med techs and nurses have been very friendly and helpful. The food is adequate, however, my brother tends to stock up on his diary free creamer, hot sauce and snacks in his fridge. Administration has been friendly and helpful. My brother's situation with the ostomy is unique. Cleaning the bathroom more often is what I would like to see..as far as activities, I don't think he takes part in any

The people working there truly seem nice. The med techs are very caring. My uncle's fridge has not worked for just about 9 months now. It has been reported multiple times and is still not fixed. They say they clean the rooms once a week. However, that seems wrong. Everything I visit, it looks as if a tornado hit it, and it smells so bad. If it was being cleaned once a week, that would not be the case. Also, my uncle smells, which tells me he is not being taken for his showers or baths the three times a week reques…

Pacifica has come under new management who are incredibly unprofessional, and treat their staff like garbage. The company culture does not feel mature, supportive, or safe for staff or tenants. The vibe is rushed, everyone blames someone else. It seems that things were going great, but whatever happened up in corporate that caused the ED to quit, screwed everything up.
