★★★★★
PositiveThe staff there was extremely nice. The room was a good size. It was very clean. Cleanliness was a 5. I can't say much about the food since I wasn't there during those times. They did try to adapt to my dad. Only downfall was not getting back some of his clothing. There were a few missing. As well as towels. I feel as if a bit more communication would have been better as to if the person wasn't feeling well or seemed lethargic so we could've taken him into see a Dr.
★★★★★
PositiveThe place is bright, open, welcoming. It was clean and smelled good. The residents were active with cards, snacks, walking. The menu looks good. The room I was shown was well-maintained and the furniture in good shape. (There was a promise to put in more.) The bathroom looked good, too. On top of it all, they are willing to do a 2-week long respite care, which I greatly appreciate.
★★★★★
PositiveI am extremely happy in my apartment plus mingling with all the residents living here. Plus management and others working here are very pleasant. Even my chihuahua dog is very happy in her surroundings with her doggy playmates plus the humans that make over her
★★★★★
PositiveMy wife has been in Memory Care here for over 5 years, couldn't be happier with the care and staff. They were very accommodating during Covid, when a daily drive was soothing for her. There is a real community feeling about Rancho Vista. I made a great move to a 55+ unit here last year, now I walk only 50 yards to see my wife.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is the Communication and friendliness and yes we would recommend Rancho Vista Senior Living to others.
★★★★★
PositiveI would say a 5 because this Senior facility is the friendliest place I have ever been. Even the personnel has our interest above everything else. I would certainly recommend it to all seniors. The activities are so much fun. Transportation to appointments Tuesday and Thursday gives me a great peace of mind. Wednesday is shopping day at various stores. Meals have a lot to offer to please each person. Oh if you have a dog they will love their playground right outside of the dinning room, so you can watch them while …
