Recent Acquisition - Staffing Not Locked in.

Palm Villa Los Gatos is a recent acquisition of Cedar Creek. The staffing is not locked in. Revolving door. The food is disgusting and they cut corners everywhere. They tried to put ear drops in my dad's eyes, he fell 3 times, and they are constantly doing work on that old building. It is dingy and in need of an overhaul. Mostly there ducks are not in a row and it's awful to watch.

Cedar Creek The facility only serves those with dementia / altimeters l.the staff all have many years experience working with patients with dementia and know how to manage them and are very caring and loving.
