Parasol is beautiful and comfortable here

I can't say enough about the staff here they are so accommodating for anything that you might need with your apartment or any kind of questions that you have about things going on in the building or you know the Activity Director she puts out a calendar every month and boy is it packed full of things for you to pick to do or you can do all of them I mean it's great it really is I love this place and any of my friends and family that come a lot of times they bring food in and we sit downstairs and have lunch in the …

A great place for loved ones

My mothers loves it there. She would say 5 for everything except the rent went up a lot after the first year. Lots of people left but new ones come. Yes I would recommend the Parasol Melbourne community to other families. The amenities are amazing.

I really like the Parasol. Wish I'd known about the community earlier. New maintenance team began this week & the cleanliness & work orders will be completed in less time & dedication to their jobs. My apartment was not clean when I moved in so I hired a professional cleaning company to do a deep clean.

SMOKING POLICY

I live here and for the past 8 plus months I live on a floor, the 4th floor of the south tower with a resident who is allowed to smoke here while we all signed a non smoking addendum stating no smoking in or on the premises! I have reported to local, medium and higher up management and NOTHING is done. He is allowed to live here and the doors to all apartments are not completely with all being weatherstripping approved all the smoke defers into the apartments. Tonight about 8:15 I went out to put trash in the shoot…
