★★★★★
PositiveValue for the money, I think it's too expensive and they should have washer and dryer units and the rooms for what they're paying. However, it is right down the hall and they are doing fine with it. Overall experience has been good. Staff are friendly and the restaurant workers are wonderful. Cleanliness is excellent, and the apartments are spacious.
★★★★★
PositiveWe really enjoyed our visit and we can definitely see our mom thriving in your community. We are excited to bring our mom in for a tour and visit.
★★★★★
PositiveCommunication is not the best at all. I have called several time and cannot get through to anyone. And I have been waiting on an email from their HR dept. so I can a link to pay my dad's bill for over a week now and have not got anything.
★★★★★
PositiveGreat facility. Beautiful apartments and beautiful facility overall. I toured with my parents who are actually going to go ahead and move in there. Biggest drawback is no washer and dryer in the independent living apartments. They have to go down the hall to do laundry.
★★★★★
PositiveOverall, [name removed] is very happy. And so is her family! There are some complaints from the residents about food not being hot, etc., but administration is quick to address and work to remedy the situation (buying some new kitchen equipment, etc.) As far as quality of care, since [name removed] is in independent living, not much care is provided, but staff is very helpful and accommodating. As you may know, Park Place at Winghaven was recently sold and we're hoping things remain the same--or even better!
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is the availability of staff for questions or help. Also the community members welcoming my dad. Yes, we would recommend Park Place Senior Living at Winghaven to other families.
