PositiveParsons House Cypress goes above and beyond. I appreciate the teamwork and personal care that you don’t find anywhere else. The special events, family get togethers and day-to-day planning is well orchestrated!
★★★★★
PositiveI love that the facility is small and intimate. Easy for the residents to get to know each other. And easy for this staff to know each resident. [name removed] , the executive director, is the best! She knows and cares about each resident. She makes each resident feel loved and gives lots of hugs! She listens well and is quick to handle any issues that arise. Each resident receives the individual care that they need. Parsons House is like home. I love visiting my mom, who has been there for almost a year. I always…

PositiveI'm not sure we could have found a better place for my mother-in-law. The staff is especially caring and attentive, food is very good, they do so many things to keep the residents engaged and as active as possible and there is a sincere family atmosphere. In house physical and occupational therapists, nurse practitioner that comes regularly are things you don't find most places. And mom thinks it is wonderful!
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff there are fabulous and my mom is slowly regaining some independence. This was exactly the place we all needed!

PositiveWhen we first toured Parsons we felt loved and cared for by the staff. Now that our loved one is a resident she is well cared for. She doesn’t yet feel up to socializing with the other residents but I hope she leaves her room and participates in activities soon. The staff is all amazing and we continue to feel loved.
