CriticalParsons House is different than other facilities. The rooms are small, just a bedroom and bathroom. They have a large room where people gather. This is by design. Don’t stay in your room, get out and mingle. Not a bad idea, just not for me.

Apartment is perfect size- small with a kitchenette and mini fridge. Great walk in shower with chair. The building is always clean and tidy- I've never seen bugs. The staff is a 10/10. They are wonderful, caring people who really go above and beyond for their residents. My uncle does not partake in activities, but there is always something to do- stretching and movement as well as mentally stimulating games. We love it. She wasn't there long before she got a foot infection and has been in rehab about 45 days. But her room at Parson House is ready for her to return. Parsons House was wonderful to mom. They made move in easy, they took loving care of her, the food was really good. Housekeeping was great, the evening shift was very attentive. Everyone seems pretty satisfied and it was great for mom.
