Warm, comforting, and supportive place for Mom

It's hard to say for all since mom was fairly independent. Overall the are 5. The staff is very caring and attentive. The facility is homey, spacious and clean.

Would definitely recommend. The staff take pride in their roles as care givers and it shows.

I would highly recommend Partridge House. My mother was treated with respect and caring. She died there two years ago.

Perfect spot for Mum

We could not have picked a more perfect spot for Mum. Her dementia was worsening, and she could not be left alone. The nurses & staff are the sweetest, most compassionate people and helped her settle in. It’s been 2.5 yrs now and she requires much more help, which she receives with humor, love (yes, love), and insight. The staff is experienced and care about their residents! The director works WITH you to ensure your loved one is well cared for. The food, room & care are exactly what we needed for our Mum!

Caring and competent staff

The staff loves what they do and it shows!!!! The facility is very homey and sets a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend. My siblings were all very impressed with the facility and mom's care as well. My Mom passed in July and I was so happy she spent her last months here.

We were not overly impressed with Partridge House. The environment just felt dark and run down. It is also in a very busy location and there is a funeral home directly across the street which feels a little depressing. The staff were all very nice, but it was not going to be a place we wanted our loved one.

My loved one was there a little over a year....I pulled her out to stay with me. (HER child). MUTUALLY AGREED) NOTE: MY EXPERIENCE - IT WAS RARE TO GET A RESIDENT TO LEAVE ONCE IN A GOOD ESTABLISHMENT. My mother was put on nerve pills WITHOUT even notifying me, her son and POA Durable. It was obvious her first visit afterwards my mother not wanting to return twice. She told them why she was so nervous and anxiety stricken......she missed her son. They had no compassion for a person they supposedly cared for to care…
