About Paseo

About Paseo Situated in the heart of South Fort Myers on 444 beautifully landscaped acres, Paseo is a vivacious neighborhood created by Stock Development. This gated community offers world-class amenities and a wealth of home choices which appeal to a wide array of buyers. The home selections include split-level and two-story homes, casitas as well as single-family homes. Paseo has achieved the Community of the Year distinction four times. Its location, home values and award-winning developer make it one of the most desirable places to live in the Fort Myers' area. The planned 1,158 homes means Paseo will be a very socially active community but also an intimate place to call home. Paseo Amenities A 26,000 square-foot Village Center functions as the social and activity hub for the community. The exercise portion consists of a state-of-the-art fitness center as well as an aerobics and pilates studio often utilized for group fitness classes. Fun outdoor activity options include tennis, basketball, and bocce ball. The center also features a free-form pool with a separate spa and sundeck with private cabanas. A tiki bar that serves beverages and food rounds out the poolside amenities. When it's time to relax and indulge, the luxurious Paseo Spa at the Village Center offers facials, massage therapy, manicures and pedicures in elegant comfort. Residents don't have to leave the community for dining and entertainment. For casual dining, The Paseo Pub serves up sports along with its pub-style fare. For fine dining, The Bistro offers gourmet meals in an elegant atmosphere. In addition, the center includes an old-fashioned ice cream shop, an Internet cafe and coffee shop. A 90-seat village movie theater gives residents a private, on-site venue to enjoy the best or newest releases without having to fight crowds. The village center also has its own mail center.
