Review for The Legacy at Falcon Point

It just wasn't the right time for our mom with her advanced dementia. All the women we met and talked to while mom was there liked it, the men not so much. I would recommend, it's a very nice assisted living place.

Our Experience

I had no problems or issues with the process. The staff, or at least all we interacted with thus far, have been fantastic. I have found, generally, one facility looks a lot like every other. The difference is in the people, absent some really abysmal facility. This one's great, love the people! One item I'll specifically mention - some of the facilities I toured had really small showers. Like a vertical coffin. That was an immediate no for me. I suspect that design might have sole benefits but it was just very off

Nice place but expensive

It's a good place at Legacy At Falcon Point nothing bad to say but the cost keeps going up. My mother's cost just went up $[removed] a month that is an additional $[removed] a year probably a let her stay there for the rest of the year, but have to make changes for next year.

Good place but definitely check on your loved one often.

Unless the nurse has changed she's probably the weak link there. The director was very helpful though. I was there daily so I was able to help when they didn't. There are a lot of great people that work there but there are a few bad apples that caused some minor issues for us.

Critical

My mom's living situation.

Staff has been attentive and pretty good. We have to stay on them about checking on my mom bc she tends to stay in her room a lot. They're great with bathing her and keeping her room very clean including her bedding and laundry.

Review for The Legacy at Falcon Point

They promised an onsite rehab facility, yet my mom was there 3 weeks and never once received rehab. Either the equipment wasn't working or there wasn't a therapist available.
