Our families experience

My mom was only there a month. It took almost 3 weeks for her to get any pain meds and they were slow to get her seen by the on staff doctor. The front office intake people were nice and one of the ladies that helped take care of mom was great--but most of the staff saw any request as a bother. After they asked us to move mom she passed away 2 weeks later. The people at the 2nd place--which was not as nice of a place in terms of appearance--had wonderful help and they cared for mom attentively.

I love living here!!

I have found that everybody that works here, whether they work in the dining room, work as caregivers, or in the management offices like the Executive Director, Sales Manager and Maintenance are lovely and always friendly and helpful! The Chef is wonderful, listens to the residents about what they would like more of and I think the food is exceptionally good!!! I'd rather eat here than go out to eat. I recently toured this community for my mom and had a great experience! The community overall is very clean and bright. The rooms are spacious enough for what we are needing for mom. Staff was all friendly and the sales manager, [name removed], was very knowledgeable and caring! I plan to move mom in. I would definitely recommend touring this community!

Overall a nice community

Staff is super friendly it's a very clean environment. Room is 576 square feet. Perfect for one person. Meals are good and healthy. There are 2 bedrooms if needed. Best part is how great everyone is to my dog Biscuit!

Do your research...

One of the caregivers (can't remember her name but she was Hispanic) was absolutely a gem. For the others that worked giving care I felt like any question I had was a bother. My mom moved in with dementia and in a great deal of pain. She was only there 4 weeks before she was asked to leave and I am not sure she ever got pain meds. If she did--it took at least 3 weeks. Admin-the admin staff was "nice" at first but not real helpful as we went on. The best thing they did was kick her out to a facility that was great …

Love this community!!

I placed my love one here because when I walked in I just knew it was exactly what we were looking for. I couldn't have been happier with the choice. The meals are great and I love that everyone is so active in the community. They are always doing something fun and entertaining!
