★★★★★
PositiveI love the facility for the openness. It is a family friendly facility. Staff and family know each other. The staff treat the residents like family with lots of smiles and hugs.
★★★★★
PositiveThe rooms are the largest I saw for memory care. Cleanliness of halls and bathrooms great but not as good for the residents room itself.... especially vacuuming. Aide team in place now is very good. Manager is a very good listener to concerns and quickly handles them. New [Name Removed] nurse is MUCH better and more experienced!

Like most businesses there are some employees who do their jobs great and others that do not. We were fortunate to have a majority of good staff assisting my father and we also had the added benefit of Hospice so some of their care covered Peaks shortcomings. Hard to provide improvements for those. The food was not terrible - but somethings were better than others. Maybe a better variety As for activiti…

PositiveWhat we like the most about The Peaks is that it is very clean and they give very good care to the residents. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend them to others families.
