My loved one has only been at Pleasant Point for a short time. So far I am somewhat fine the staff, most of them are great a few on the weekends not sure yet haven't got to know them. You can visit her almost anytime 7 days a week. The food is not bad, I have ate there few times. The cost is about average of most I checked out but not more than we could afford pay.

The people who work there were very nice and patient with my mother. At the end she was roaming all around at night. She did fall there and hit her head, that is how she passed, she had a brain bleed. I don't believe it was their fault. The rooms were always clean. The only thing I would say is the food was not very good. It seems like the price they charge they should be able to provide a decent meal. Other than that, we were happy with the facility. She was there for only about a month.

It seems to be one of the higher priced communities and sadly the remodeling going on is been going on 6 months very depressed environment.

PositiveInitially they communicated really well, they've had a change of staff and seems a little confusing currently, fortunately we're able to visit regularly the new staff seems caring. My loved one's health has improved as far as a UTI went, I wish it wasn't so expensive but I guess that's the way it is it won't be long as my loved one will be on social security solely. Even with the change of staff I would rate the facility high, sadly I think the cost is outrageous but it seems to be how it is.
