All 5, except quality of care, there was an issue with the alarm button they give the patients to call a nurse and something happened with the battery, my dad was worried, everything was discussed with administration so a 4 on that. The facility is Cash or check only. And make sure u also bring towels. This was just respite care so my dad managed, but that's it

I would rate Pine Lodge a 5 on every thing except food. Pricing is also expensive for elderly people. It is expensive for most people of color. I would still recommend Pine Lodge to others looking.

Clean, professional living with very caring staff

My father lived at Azalea Place for 6+ years. The staff were not only friendly and caring but often went out of their way to do special things for my father from rides to the store and special meals they knew he liked. Living far away, and not able to do many things for him myself, these tokens of kindness were always nice to hear from him. This facility was really nice and [name removed] was amazing! He helped me find the info I needed for my dad from the VA. He was concerned for my dad's well-being, not making a sale. He and all his staff were amazing when we toured the facility.

I like that my brother is happy here. The staff is nice and very caring to his needs. It is clean and well taken care of. He seems to like the variety of meals that are available. Activities are offered when he wants to participate. We recommend the care and value for other families.

The staff we meet on our tour of this community were very kind. This community only offers assisted living and if the situation was different than mom would have chosen this community. Mom is still able to be in independent living.
