★★★★★
PositiveThe staff at Pine Ridge are kind and helpful always. Many of them are long time employees here. I feel that my Mom is getting the care she needs with personal care, encouraging her to participate in activities, and making her feel like part of the community. The double rooms are spacious and clean and far more homey than any of the other facilities I toured. The chef is excellent and provides a healthy variety of foods at mealtime. I am happy to have found this new home for my mother at Pine Ridge.
★★★★★
PositivePine Ridge was far and above the best facility that I toured for my mom who has severe dementia. [Name Removed] the director was excellent and well versed in caring for dementia patients, the care team was attentive and kind and the environment was very homey and clean. We moved my mother in today and hope for a happy future with them.

PositiveStaff do a good job of caring for our family members. They are willing to deal with behavioral problems in a caring and supportive manner. Family expresses some dislike of meals. Staff turnover has challenged them.

CriticalI have seen some improvement since I started going there routinely. However, I believe there is still more room. I turned in paperwork for be part of PacWest, somehow the papers were lost, it took almost 2 mnths for me to find out. I do know how difficult it can be taking care of folks, however, I found soiled, full, briefs on the floor by the bed. Though it can be difficult to interact with the residents, I feel the caregivers seem to spend a lot of time talking or on their phone as opposed to sitting with people…

Positive[Name Removed} is absolutely incredible at her job. You can tell she has years upon years of experience. She is so knowledgeable and so extremely kind. She answered all of our questions whether in person or by phone. The staff at Pine Ridge are just spectacular and we couldn’t be more happy that our grandpa will be here taken care of and loved on by them! We are so grateful for their help. Thank you [Name Removed] and the staff at Pine Ridge for being so amazing and helpful and empathetic to a very tough situation!
