I would definitely recommend this place to people that may be in or out of skilled nursing or those in a couple where one has current or likely future skilled nursing needs, since they have assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing all in connected buildings. Regarding food, my grandma says the food on the assisted living side is a 5 but for skilled nursing is a 3. She often eats in skilled nursing with my grandpa a. My mother currently lives at Arbol Residences of Santa Rosa. The staff is friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff keeps the facility very clean. Communication with the family is excellent. The meals are the only thing that needs improvement. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

The intake process was great. The staff were very knowledgeable about getting my loved one admitted into the community. It was a smooth transition, and there was no stress about the process. This was a very good experience for the family as well as my loved one. The staff is very receptive to phone calls to the staff and family about our loved one.
