I don't have much experience when it comes to elder care facilities, but the place was relatively new, it was quiet, it didn't smell bad, and seemed clean. It was also important that she had her own private bathroom attached to her private room that was just for her.

Staff is always very pleasant, but we seem to have a big turnover of most positions - hard to understand why. Certainly hope to be there forever.
