PositiveThe facility gave me a feeling of home away from home. The occupants were friendly and seemed to be happy there. The facility was clean. This place offered engagement of the occupants in activities and physical therapy, the food smelled good. They clean the rooms, and offered personal service such and beauty shop, and laundry.

They are reasonably priced. The staff is wonderful. They truly care about the people who live there. They are always planning some sort of party or craft event or something for the residence to take part in so that they don't sit in their room by themselves all the time. They have cookouts they have Mardi Gras parties. They just have all kinds of events for the residents. The rooms are super nice. The rooms are very nice and large enough to have furniture that feels familiar to the patient. The staff is great and the food is good. They have activities for them to do and church services for them. She still asks when she is going home but not like she did in the previous facility.

Plain View Assisted Living was very helpful with the transition of my loved one. The main reason we went with this facility over others that we had looked into was because during the tour, they gave us great information and really explained everything about the facility and what they offered well. I would recommend them to others.

This community has such caring people and they really took great care of my husband. When my husband was passing away this last week, they could not of done a better job. They were absolutely fantastic, and we would recommend this community to anybody. The administrator and nurses were wonderful, we really do not have any complaints to say.
