PositiveThe tour and the facility was very good. Staff very professional and friendly. However, I had requested an appointment by email without any response. When I called, the appointment was set up expeditiously. After the tour, I went home and send an email with some additional questions. No response. I concluded that their email system may have a glitch. Not uncommon. I found that to be true with other facilities that I have visited.

The staff is the best, the facility and grounds are immaculate. This place is over 100 years old and you would never know because of how well kept it is. The grounds are cheerful and beautiful. Having my father move into this place was the best thing we have done. They have so much to do (if they want to), eat well with many choices, rooms are spacious and is being updated all the time.

My mom and our family love everything about PHS. The staff is attentive and responsive, the food is rich and tasty (my mom put on 3 pounds in one year there lol). We are so happy that my mom is living there.
