Positive[name removed] did a great tour. I like that she knew the residents we saw, by name. She talked to them and hugged them. I spoke with a resident that had been there since last July and she was happy with the facility.

The facility is lovely. My parents love the independent feeling of being in their own apartment. It is roomy and well appointed. Large enough to have familiar furnishings and treasured pictures and mementoes around them. The downside is that it sometimes takes staff a while to respond to a push of the call button. Urgent issues have been attended to quickly. It's the less urgent items that take some time. I would say that residents need to have a certain level of independence to thrive here. CriticalDo not know about the activities and when it comes to the value for cost it is way too expensive. I've only been here since [date removed], so it's just too soon to say ! The food is mediocre and inconsistent. But I'm not a big eater, so I might not be the one to ask ! I usually turn the menu over to the alternatives and settle for that. The main reason I go to the lovely, spacious dining room is to sit with different people...not to eat ! And I often eat at my house ! The food we are served does not fit the $$$ w…
