Ponte Vecchio Amenities The fabulous clubhouse at Ponte Vecchio offers world-class amenities. It contains a state-of-the-art fitness center and after a healthy workout, residents can opt for some rest and relaxation in the many social spaces within the clubhouse. The clubhouse features a billiards room, lounge, and three card rooms. A library and computers are great for getting some reading done or keeping in touch with family. A large social hall with entertainment stage is used for many scheduled activities, shows, parties, dances, and special events. Residences originally constructed by Ansca Homes and Levitt & Sons are now available on a resale-only basis. This 55 and over community features single-story homes ranging in sizes from 1,736 to 2,363 square feet. The Mediterranean-style homes at Ponte Vecchio feature volume ceilings, grand foyer entries, walk-in closets, spacious floor plans. These single-family homes have two or three bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Homeowners association dues include landscaping of common areas and homesite lawns, exterior house painting, alarm monitoring, cable television, trash removal, guarded gate, roving security patrol, and access to all amenities of the clubhouse. Ponte Vecchio Lifestyle Residents at Ponte Vecchio live a fun, independent and active lifestyle. Whether venturing outside the community or staying in to enjoy the fabulous on-site amenities and planned events, it is impossible to run out of things to do. Ponte Vecchio is a friendly community and it is easy to meet new people and make lifelong friends. A full-time activities director keeps the social calendar filled for homeowners. Residents are also active in a variety of established clubs, or can start new ones. Some of the existing clubs include bowling, book, jazz, bridge, canasta, Mah Jongg, and camera clubs.
