Positive

a good place

Front desk, activities director, van driver - all warm, friendly, and helpful. CNAs vary, some excellent, some mediocre. Food is okay, not gourmet. Some wait staff are efficient and happy to help; others not so much. Exercise class is enjoyable. My aunt's one-bedroom apartment is comfy, quiet, and clean.

Valiant effort but not a good fit

My mom was very unhappy living in a facility, though I think these folks tried to help her as much as they could. Wish I had understood that she would have had to move to a different facility in order to get step down care, which she needed for a short while at the end of her life.

our families experience, friendly and caring staff, a nice community

5 on all although my mother can't participate in activities. The PP staff are the best! They really take care of mom and love that dad visits daily...they have coffee ready when he comes in. Based on the experience we have had, we would absolutely recommend Presidential Place review!
