The staff was very helpful. When we moved mom into the apartment, they were assisting us with some of the heavier items. The cleanliness of the place is the best that we looked at and I probably previewed seven or eight in the Medford area. Between tenants of the apartments they replace the carpet. The laminate flooring completely paint the apartment. It looked brand new. They commercially shampoo all the carpet in the common areas every 2 months. For the food options, maybe change the extended menu more often (this would be per my mom). For activities maybe more hands on activities but I'm really not sure since mom is kind of picky.

They are a very helpful staff. All are hands on. Great communication. Fun activities. When I 1st walked in the door I felt like I was being hugged. Such a comforting feeling. Mother loves the food, activities, residents and staff. It has been a great experience so far!

Dad loves the food! He's afraid he's going to get fat. It would be nice if they had a few more activities he enjoyed like, a fishing trip. The staff is all very pleasant and I think they take very good care of him. I'm 800 miles away so don't get to see it first hand but he always speaks highly of them.
