Would recommend, overall it is a great place for loved ones to be taken care of.

All of the aid staff and cleaning staff were very kind and patient. The nursing staff were just ok, some didn't want to put in the extra time with a memory patient. Overall it was a great experience, when I requested something they got on it right away.

Treated my aunt like family

All 5s. I could not have found any other place for the price. We really like this place. We did have a few concerns at the beginning which was miscommunication. After those growing pains, no problems.

Very accommodating, thoughtful and caring staff.

We picked this community because, it was close to my home. The care there as been extraordinary but overall it's been an easy transition. The director has been very helpful with getting everything set up.

An Ideal Place for My Aunt

I've really been very impressed with Providence. Anything I've brought up in conversation with them has been taken care of right away. There is always an answer. They never tell me one thing and do another. The administrator has been there a long time. The office staff has been able to answer any question I've had. All the staff are very polite, and I've never heard a staff member raise their voice. I love the activities they have to offer. I've been super impressed.
