PositiveI really like the overall clean, ever who does the overall cleaning is great never a bad order. The food is real good when [name removed] cooks but the new lady is not so good. We love her room the only thing is her shower doesn't have a seat or handles. The staff is usually good there are 2 that are not so nice, they act like they don't like their job. The activities are good when they have them, I think they are understaffed. I know when I go over I can never find one.

PositiveStaff have been AVAILABLE & ACCOMMODATING. They've reassured us that they will take care of my husband's mom & put our mind at ease. Very pleasant staff from [Name Removed] on down to housekeeping

CriticalMy 86-year-old mother was sent to Pruitt on Peake, on [date removed], from Atrium Health Navicent Hospital following hip replacement surgery. It was the only facility, with open bed, to accept Aetna Medicare Advantage plan, which should be called Aetna Disadvantage plan. (Make sure your elderly loved ones have Medicare A and B.) When my mother arrived, Memorial Day weekend, the facility seemed short staffed, and my phone calls were not answered. My mother was placed in a bed and left there for days, when she should…

PositiveAfter major surgery, needed respite care to get back on my feet. [name removed] and [name removed] went above and beyond helping secure medical equipment in Atlanta and Macon. Everyone, staff and residents, extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend The Oaks to all. Made my road to recovery much quicker and painless

PositiveMy mom recently had to go into Assisted Living after her fall. We toured the Oaks and was so impressed I felt no need to look any further. Everyone was so friendly, the place was clean, the residents bragged about the food and the nursing staff really had an interest to make everyone live safe, healthy, and to assist the needs of people that are unable to do for themselves. But, the most important factor was that my Mother liked it. We are only about 3 weeks in but Mom is so happy and has been well cared for. And …

PositiveI picked this community, because it was a smaller size for one and pet friendly. It was sight unseen but every one was friendly. Could not be any better unless more transportation was provided at a better price. I love the apartment, the staff, and the meals are great. I have owned houses that were smaller than this apt with MUCH less storage area. The staff never failes to amaze me, each one is so compassionate and sincere!
