They seem to have their act together when it comes to taking care of the residents. I think they have a lot of turnover because I meet a lot of new people. I don't know what the reason for that, but it seems like every week there's someone new working. I wish there was more communication when it comes to things like medication and medical treatment. Overall, they do seem to take care of the residents, and treat them with respect

So far everything has been good. Only issue has been prescriptions getting switched over and refills seem to be delayed. Staff seems nice. The food is ok. For the most part mom enjoys it.

Communication and follow up from the nursing coordinator is awful ([name removed]). She tries to over talk you and hide the inadequacies of her organization and knowledge of her patience. The nursing staff is so sweet and awesome.

PositiveEnjoyed meeting with my tour guide- she is very knowledgeable about the facility and genuinely cares for the residents. The facility is clean, spacious and open. Rooms in the older wing are a little small, but the loggia suites are very roomy and nice. Residents seem happy- plenty of activities and opportunities for social interaction.
