PositiveRainbow Senior Living has made an incredible turnaround. The building is clean, fresh, and welcoming, with beautiful new flooring that brightens the entire space. The improvements are noticeable the moment you walk in. Most importantly, there is new management that truly cares about the residents. They are involved, attentive, and committed to making positive changes. It’s heartwarming to see residents out of their rooms participating in activities, socializing, and enjoying their day. There is a renewed energy th…

PositiveMany of the main traffic areas and elevators are in need of flooring and paint. She enjoys the food. Her room is nice. It had been newly remodeled. She likes playing bingo. Staff is nice. The staff told them they can't say grace because it slows down the meal service. Some of the rooms we looked at are tiny and in need of updates.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff care very deeply for their residents. My brother loved living there; made many friends, liked the meals, and enjoyed having staff and residents visit his room. The staff was great about keeping him and his room clean, maintaining his meds, and notifying me of any concerns about his health.

CriticalThey stole my grandpa's spending money that the payee brought to them for them to spend. My grandpa never left the place one time but [name removed] said she gave him money every week after she was told not to, but he doesn't have anything to show for [price removed]. She adjusted the rental agreement to say they could charge him [price removed] a month when we where told [price removed] for non-medicaid people and if he had medicaid then [price removed]. Then after a year raised the rent to [price removed] but nev…

CriticalI brought my brother to the Rainbow a few weeks ago. He said that after the staff found out he owned a house they're pressuring him into selling it. Can they do that? Do I need to get him a lawyer? And the place is crawling with bedbugs and cigarette smells. I just want to know what the purpose of him having to sell his house without informing anyone else about it seems a little sketchy, to say the least.

PositiveI placed my mother in law at the Rainbow Senior Living and she loved it. The administration helped fill out all her proper paperwork to help set her up with medications, and medicaid. The meals provided were very plentiful and tasted great. We had dinner with her on several occasions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I am so glad we found her a place when needed
