One of the hardest parts of dealing with a loved one with alzheimers is that we don't know what to do or expect. Things are unpredictable and resources are hard to understand. [name removed] is a very experienced at helping families. She understands processes and can translate and help us advocate. She cares about the grandmas and grandpas she tends to. The house is clean, mom is always clean and presentable, and there is always a helper at hand.
