We are committed to helping you lead a purposeful life through delivering high quality service — here at Regal Palms. Community Amenities and Services Regal Palms is managed by The Goodman Group, a Minnesota-based company with more than 50 years of experience developing and managing senior living and health care communities, residential communities, and commercial properties. We offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care. For an additional monthly rate, staff is available 24-hours a day to assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and assistance with self-administered medication. Enjoy three chef-inspired meals per day with access to anytime dining, weekly housekeeping, linen and towel services, and scheduled transportation. Feel safe with our 24-hour emergency call system, and know we are here for you. Participate in our life enrichment program with activities such as crafts and games. Our resident computer area, library, and salon are perfect places to unwind and take care of yourself. You have access to the Largo Community Center and Highland Recreation Complex, and a membership to the Bonsai Holistic Spa, where you can enjoy their fitness center and indoor therapy pool. Living Arrangements Choose from a studio, one-bedroom apartment, two-bedroom apartment, and semi-private room. Features include individually controlled heating and cooling, all utilities except for telephone, maintenance and grounds care, and more. A great place. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything she needs. The all day, dining room, is also great and gives her a very flexible schedule for meals. Which is great if she goes out during the day

PositiveFeeling Loved and Cared For
My. Father just passed in Sabal Palms [date removed]. Everyone at both Regal and Sabal were tremendous. The love and care were exceptional. My dad was living independently at Regal with mom since [date removed] They both came down with pneumonia the end of May 2025. They both spent days in Morton Plant Hospital. Mom came home to Regal and dad to Sabal. It was found that dad had Liver cancer and died in 1 week. We were struggling with where to put him with Hospice care. The advantage of this facility is it allows you to move between buildings as their care needs evolve. It is crucial to monitor what services you are paying for versus what is actually being provided. From an Independent Living perspective, the facility is commendable. The same cannot be said for the Assisted Living side. PositiveMom is very happy
We have attended dinner with her and the servers are always nice, food is good and lots of selection. Facility is always clean and well decorated for the holidays. They have many activities so there always seems to be something going on. The apartment sizes are great, she actually downsized and did not notice a difference. Our loved one is very happy with her choice.

CriticalThe staff is wonderful but the administration is awful
Both of my parents lived at Regal Palms Memory Care for two months. During that time, we were quite happy with the care given by the staff on the fourth floor Memory Care unit. The nursing staff and the social activities staff are wonderful. However, my experience with the administration of the facility changed when my mother was tested positive for Candida Auris. At that point, communication with the director of nursing and the executive director shut down. We were told that our mother was not welcome to return to…

PositiveMom loves it
Overall it was a great experience for me and my mom loves living there. The main reason we chose Regal Palms over others we saw was because of the way the facility was set up (all under one roof), friendliness of staff and residents. They also had updated units.
