CriticalOur guide was kind and helpful. We found the facility felt more like a nursing home than an independent and assisted living place. The bathroom was dirty at 10:30 AM. There were messes in offices and an unclean table in the conference room. The outdoor space was unkept with uncomfortable furniture and a tiny area. There was a bad smell on the first floor. Only half of the apartments have A washer and dryer and none have full kitchens.

Really enjoyed my stay. Wonderful staff. Breakfast is served a little to early for me.I really like the varirty of activities. I was at Newcastle 14 days i met a lot of nice people with each of them having an interesting story to tell.
