The staff is vrry friendly and helpful. The facility is getting improvement done and so they are keeping a good job with maintenance and making the place look good. The food appears to me my moms needs, time will tell if it stays consistent. Quality of care seems to be good at this time, will need to evaluate over a longer period of time to judge on consistency. The only negative would be the care staff could help out on small details like checking the bathroom, looking to see if trash needs to be picked up, even i…

The studio rooms were small. The 1 bedroom living room apartments were perfect size. Outdoor courtyard was a wonderful peaceful place. Staff was wonderful. Very welcoming, called all residents by their name. Spent time visiting with them. On site beauty salon was wonderful. Staff took residents to their appointments. I think the housekeeping staff could of done a better job inches king bathrooms on a daily basis. Meals were prepared by a chef, and there were always snacks and beverages available. CriticalMemory Care.
It's been hard having my mom in a facility. She's gets great care for necessities. Because of the extremes between clients in memory care activities are too limited. I've been there weekly for a year and after all this time the staff have worked hard to live up to my standards. I rated them 3 for average but really they keep mom fed and clean. They all know her name and love her. They should be rated 5. I just expect too much. Mom is safe and cared for.
