Mother was a resident for 2 years.. Was physically and mentally abused by neighbor resident. Bed mattress cover was old and had severe cracks on it. Neighbor would not share bathroom and Continually harass my mom. This abuser was a hoarder and had her hallway She Shared with my mom blocked with debris. When the paramedics arrived to my mom’s room they had to clear walkway to aid my mom. All above plus has been documented and photographed. Uncaring at Best!

Timber Ridge is Not a Care home! It is assisted living, with minimal assistance. If you’re looking for elder care use [removed], it just a smile away! My mother chose TR over all the other places, because she liked her independence! She only stayed there close to a year! TR proved to be like their negative reviews! It is almost beyond belief the way they are treated/ not treated there! They raised the prices over $[removed] per mo in just 1 year! This facility unfortunately looked like an old ladies home. Everything was decorated in pink and seemed outdated. It is a large facility and their clientele was diverse in their needs. They did offer a lot of activities but the staff was not as friendly as other places. It seemed like just a big business and it wasn’t as homey or nurturing. I would not recommend this community to other families.
