PositiveThe Retreat is a nice new facility… With all the amenities that one would expect in a senior community. All in all I would rate it quite high. Located in North Carrollton. It would be ideal for most seniors wishing to live in that area.

The councilor was really helpful. Overall, would not change much. Only issue we noticed on our most recent visit was, like many other businesses, it seems like there are some staffing issues. But that is kind of the way things are these days. Way better than I really expected.

The amenities and services are great and cover all of Mom's needs. The intake process with Nurse [name removed] was very professional.
