★★★★★
PositiveThe facility itself was acceptable and the staff was informative. After touring the facility I felt it would be fine for most potential residents, but because of the unmonitored staircase and my husband's sleepwalking/dementia I didn't feel the facility would meet the safety needs required for him.
Response from the communityThank you so much for the kind words about our team and facility! We understand that finding the right fit is so important, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We wish you and your family all the best in your search.

Not all staff trained to deal with difficult situations. Lack of expertise in dealing with challenging behaviors. My wife exhibited some aggressive behavior herself, but they did not have the interest or expertise to help her. I observed my wife being assaulted, totally u…

PositiveThey are very kind, caring, and attentive. Every one we checked was to expensive but this one was better for the money. I like them a lot. They are very caring and it's not too crowded.
★★★★★
CriticalMy loved one's experience at Cascades Chesterley was very poor. The memory care Director needed to have more communication with her care staff and with the doctor. I had to be there nearly every day.
