We are very thankful for Ridgeland Place. From the moment we toured the community, we felt welcomed. [name removed], the young lady who showed us around, was friendly, warm, and very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with our decision. PositiveNice facility with friendly staff
The admin staff was very welcoming upon the initial visit. Staff is friendly also, facility was clean, and always smells clean when there. They have a balcony overlooking the school next door's football field, my dad enjoys being able to watch their games. Daily activities, weekly outings, and a full library are also other things he enjoys.

There has been a lot of frequent staff turnover where health details for my Dad have not been consistently relayed. Additionally--there have been a number of price increases since our initial enrollment--some have been erroneous and I've been able to get corrected, but I have to scrutinize every bill because of charges being slipped in.

PositiveThe Easiest Hard Thing I’ve Ever Done
Having to move my parents to an assisted living facility was not ever in my plans. But, the time came and we needed help. My daughter and I visited a few facilities and Ridgeland Place was THE absolute best. We knew right away that this was where they would be happy. The management and ALL of the staff literally go above and beyond every single day! Mom and Dad go on and on about the activities and entertainment. I am very comfortable and rest easy knowing they are being well taken care of when I cant be there.
