CriticalVery little engaging activities or interactions
This community is not ran like any other story point community. All it takes is a simple search on social media to see the stark difference. Activities for the residence are budgeted extremely low compared to other locations. It’s very sad. The daily activities cost the community maybe $[removed] when other communities nearby under the same company, throw extravagant themed activities weekly, if not daily. There are no memory care specific activities, residents are escorted down to AL if they are willing to follow…

PositiveVery Happy with Riley's Grove!
The staff is friendly, well trained and take time to learn the family's names, my moms name and things about her. I have even received calls from staff if they are concerned about anything! The facility is immaculate and never smells bad. The food is always tasty looking and my mom loves it there. Now she has one of the larger rooms (likely for a couple) but has windows, is bright with a lovely view. The common areas are clean, bright and decorated with relaxing colors. PositiveBeautiful facility
This assisted living not only has the curb appeal, but just as nice inside. The staff are caring and attentive, they go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and happy. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a wide variety of engaging activities. The memory care is perfectly designed for those patients with advanced dementia and Alzheimer’s. Must see!

PositiveSmooth Transition
Mom was 90 and living alone. She was very apprehensive about making the move to assisted living. The staff made her feel at home and did their best to communicate with us during all steps of the transition. The other residents were very good at making her feel included. She has thrived since she now eats much better, is getting some social interaction, is involved with a few activities and is taking her meds consistently under the supervision of staff. PositiveMom loves it there !
She is so well taken care of . She always tells me everyone is so kind. Love that it is small and it's a Christian facility. Plenty of activities, like bingo ,exercises, crafts, and games.She has a very special diet and they are very accommodating.
