Critical[name removed] stayed at River's Edge for one month. He had too much freedom there, and took advantage by staying in his room all the time and ordering meals in his room which he ate little of - they stacked up on the table and in the fridge, and were not cleared unless in the trash, and that had to be placed in the hall to go away - by the end of the month it became clear that he could not take care of himself and we moved him to a nursing home...he had lived alone for many years and had developed a movement disor…

PositiveThe sales process was very welcoming and caring. Due to decisions by the health insurance provider very little time was allowed for our move in. The staff at River's Edge stepped up and accommodated an early move in. All staff interactions have been positive. The facility is clean and inviting and residents are always about and appear relaxed and happy.
