1-staff friendly. Building old could use a fresh coat of paint and the carpet out to help get rid of the smell. I sat at a desk that had residents medications sitting on it, HIPPA violation and safety concerns. Not a locked lobby just a buzzer which is ok. Was told that that one resident is allowed to leave and goes to the bars, major concern for a memory care person. They allow residents to smoke outside which to me seems odd especially for those that may have breathing difficulties to be around. And when I mentio…
