PositiveCommunity director [name removed] is a delight. We liked how easily and readily he interacted with the residents. The apartments were bright and had the largest closets of any community we have so far visited.
★★★★★
PositiveThey are not well versed with dementia patients. Although their brochure stated they were a memory care. They are not. We would recommend this community to residents without dementia
★★★★★
PositiveWhat stood out the most was the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the community!

PositiveWe picked this community, because of the rural setting first of all. We knew that it would make dad more comfortable. The staff seemed nice and the place appeared clean and did not smell!! It was a nice place. Basically clean and most staff was friendly and helpful. Watch out for the RN. CriticalTheir staff is very kind and accommodating. They could update the place a bit with fresh paint carpet and new furniture. Food is sub par. The staff communication with the family is good. There are three meals a day. If you don't like what they serve they have a regular menu the resident can order from. My loved one complains that the food isn't good. However my loved one complains about the food wherever they are. So I'm not sure if everyone else there agrees.

PositiveMom is doing great at Rochester Estates. The staff are very good to her. Everybody is very caring and on top of her needs. They're always in communication with me. The facility is very nice. I have no complaints other than the food is terrible - it just needs more flavor.
