Solstice at Apple Valley

The facility is nice, and the staff are awesome, kind, and caring. They do a great job supporting the residents, and I appreciate everything they do. My main concern is the lack of activities for the seniors. The activities offered are not what was advertised. We were told there would be transportation, such as a van or bus, to take residents on outings and trips, but unfortunately that hasn't been happening. Many residents, including my mom, would really benefit from more opportunities to get out, socialize, and …

It is a family environment. Definitely would recommend.

The staff is friendly, accommodating. Dining servers are wonderful. They make a point of remembering names of residents. We are served in a timing manner. The chef makes a point of serving a variety of dishes. There are plenty of activities. Something for everyone. The facility itself is clean and the housekeeping staff services your room on a weekly basis..

Friendly, approachable and helpful

Everything was perfect there. Unfortunately, Mom needed more care than they could provide. I would absolutely recommend the community to others.

HOME SWEET HOME!!!

From the first phone call I made to discuss moving my parents in to their first few weeks of being here, I have been truly amazed! [name removed] has been amazing through that entire process. Upon entering, I asked the receptionist for the individual with whom I had an appointment. During this interaction, I was corrected twice on the pronunciation of her name. While I understand the importance of accuracy, the manner in which this was handled felt unnecessary during an already emotional and stressful time as I work to place my loved one into assisted living.
