Our experience in placing our mother in Rolling Meadows was extremely kind and efficient. They helped us get her things into her new apartment and are always there for her no matter what she needs. The place is clean, comfy and homey. It does not have that institutional feel other places have had when we checked them out for her. She is allowed to keep her little dog and they made sure we knew anything mom needed help with , even with her dog, was never ever a problem. There is always someone walking in the halls w…

Rolling Meadows gets 5 stars all around! The staff are all very approachable with any questions or concerns that we have had. The main things that stuck out about them over other places we initially looked at was the staff, the room set up for our situation, and ability for our loved one to have independence when wanted but also many activities provided to do. I would recommend Rolling Meadows to others.

Swan Place was very helpful and caring in getting my dad in their facility in an emergency situation during the height of Covid. Made the transition easy and he acclimated well. Caring and compassionate people with good communication with the family. We appreciate the extras including rides to doctors. They have a lot of activities. The rooms are very nice as is the entire facility. The only thing we don't understand are the annual price increases seem excessive. Otherwise very happy with Swan Place overall. Would …

My Dad loves Swan Place. Whenever I speak to him, he can't tell me enough how friendly and caring everyone is at Swan Place. He loves the meals and even after a year of being there, he still can't believe they "They even do my laundry and they keep my apartment clean, too!!" Our entire family has peace of mind that Dad is safe, happy, fed nutritious meals and is in such a loving environment.

Our experience with Swan Place was exceptional. They assessed him quickly while he was hospitalized, planned for his placement and did everything they could to accommodate his needs.
