.Food - 5 (actually a 10 lol). Rose Arbor Village is a wonderful place! From the first time I set foot in the building I was impressed. [Name Removed] greeted me and took the time to sit down with me and answer all of my many questions. I came back at a later date for a tour with Natalie and again I was impressed, with the friendly people, the cleanliness, the scheduled activities, the restaurant style dining and the accommodations. Rose Arbor Village

Special thanks to admin [Name Removed] for great communication and care. I think the things that they said they can do , they can't. Staff not trained. No follow through after move in. But the care staff is lovely and very attentive. They hire from outside agency and that's not so good but not that consistent.

The facility looks really nice. It was built in 2017. [Name Removed] provided a great virtual tour and it looked like it was a comfortable relaxing place and they offer different levels of care, which would be helpful for my mom. It looks like they have quite a number of activities to keep the residence engaged and a nice comfortable dining area for meals.

Would definitely recommend Rose Arbor Village.

All are a 5 except food. Since I don't eat in the dining room I am unable to evaluate it. I have heard from friends, however , that service tends to be a bit slow. We have a new head chef so I think things will get better

A small community with a big heart!!

The staff is committed to providing a safe, caring environment for all residents. Their friendly attitude results in the residents being friendly towards each other. My mom is in a wheelchair so needs extra help and they never make her feel that she is a burden. They provide transportation for mom to her medical appointments. Since she is in a wheelchair that is extremely helpful.

Review for Rose Arbor Village

The staff is wonderful. The only thing I found frustrating was the communication between the staff and hospice. I had to advocate for my father a lot when he didn't have the supplies or services he needed.
