Critical[name removed] at Roseleaf is a caring, wonderful person. She is the person you would want looking after your loved one. If only she were the one looking after your family member. Like most care centers, they are understaffed. Residents wander around the facility. They enter other's rooms and go through their things. They get into arguements and sometimes get physical. There are not enough people there to appropriately manage the 'residents'. Many visits of mine included redirecting other residents out of my loved…

PositiveThis is not a high-end facility. It is a facility that I chose out of need for my mother at that time. If I knew my mother had any extended time to stay there I probably would've not chosen this facility. All that being said, you could tell that the staff did care and were responsive. They made move in easy. They made her passing easy and seamless and were always there to answer questions when I called.

PositiveThe facility is very nice with gardens, skylights, little restaurant style rooms, a sports bar and a theatre. Security is very good and there is plenty of parking. The staff plan activities for all occasions and daily things like exercises, bingo , and movie and popcorn. The staff are very caring and kind and really treat the residents like family!
